Sub-Zero Repair Rye provides appliance repair services for residential and commercial customers. Our services include diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of household appliances including but not limited to refrigerators, freezers, ranges, ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and HVAC systems.
Appointments can be scheduled by phone at (914) 537-0917 or through our online booking system. We will confirm your appointment and provide an estimated arrival window.
You agree to provide our technician with safe and reasonable access to the appliance requiring service. An adult (18 years or older) must be present during the service call.
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
A diagnostic fee applies to all service calls. This fee covers the technician's trip and time to diagnose the issue. The fee amount will be communicated when you schedule the appointment.
After diagnosis, our technician will provide a detailed estimate for the repair including parts and labor. You may accept or decline the repair. If you decline, only the diagnostic fee applies. If you proceed, the diagnostic fee is typically applied toward the total repair cost.
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash. All prices are in US dollars.

We use factory-spec replacement parts that meet or exceed OEM standards. We stand behind the quality of all parts we install.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sub-Zero Repair Rye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are an independent appliance repair service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Sub-Zero, Wolf, or any other manufacturer. All brand names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
